For the 21st year, ASTO-Ecommunicate is holding an annual Arts Festival at the Ichthyoskala Cultural Center on June 27-30, 2024. A festival in line with the goals of our association, which deeply believes in meaningful communication between people and makes meaningful interventions in areas related to society, education, culture and environment.
The club’s philosophy is based on volunteerism, solidarity, collectivity, creative expression, social contribution and personal growth. The purpose of the groups operating in the club is a collective activity for personal development and a different lifestyle, where everyone will have a place to create and express themselves. Dreaming is important. This is how you will live all the fairy tales of the world. Dreamers, because dreams have no expiration date.
The program of the festival included a club singing by the ASTO group. – We are holding the 19th International Short Film Festival with a reading and book exchange game, photography exhibitions, an art workshop, alternative education, a demonstration of the activities of mountain hiking groups and creators from all over the world. We also have workshops from the alternative education group and seed creation from the ASTO – We Change group.
The events continued with the concerts of the Free Orchestra. Egglemon & The Headfish and Infertale. On Sunday 30/6 we started with open yoga for all, followed by a self-improvement program and in the afternoon dances from Crete accompanied by a traditional dance group and the musical “Meydan” by the Kato Alissou dance group. . We continued with the artistic program “Children on the plain” and closed the night with the traditional program of the music group “The Traditionalists”. A party that lasts until the morning!
